Eaton provides multiple services from which a company may select those best meeting its desires & objectives.

All information provided to Eaton will be treated by Eaton in complete confidence.

Professional Analysis - Eaton will provide you  a detailed analysis of those funding options Eaton believes are available.  The funding options will include the general procedures that will be required and the types of participants (brokers, investment banks, etc) you might wish to consider.  Eaton will provide this information  in the form of a professional report to you that will include the approximate time and costs.

Eaton will review information provided by the company. Eaton may contact the company for the purpose of requesting additional information or clarification of information that has been provided. Eaton will be happy to receive senior management representatives of the company at Eaton’s offices during this period should the company wish to avail themselves of that opportunity. Eaton will provide a written report to the company within a period of approximately fourteen business days thereafter. 

Pursue Qualified and Identified Funding Sources

 

Business Plan - If you do not have a comprenhesive business plan, Eaton will create such a plan to meet your growth objectives.  

 

Due Diligence Memorandum - Eaton will undertake a detailed due diligence review of the company in a form expected by financial markets in a manner consistent with the funding strategy set forth in the company’s business plan.

 

A Comprehensive Turn-Key Financing Package - Eaton will provide a comprehensive "turn key" financial advisory role to the company which will include negotiations with qualified parties.  Eaton will coordinate the activities of all such parties until a project has been concluded.
